Entry Agreement:

In submitting this application to “PAINT ONANCOCK Plein Air” 2008 I agree to abide by all the conditions and/or requirements specified in the prospectus. I will not sell any painting done during the painting phase of the event unless I pay a 30% commission to the hosting gallery for my “PAINT ONANCOCK Plein Air 2008” art work. (If a painting is unsold at the end of the event the artist may collect their work or leave it in the gallery and the commission remains 30%)

I will be responsible for my own well-being and will respect any private property on which I have permission to paint. Images of work done during the event can be used as publicity for the event and future Paint Onancock Plein Air events..
